Bonus Fair Use

Deposits & Withdrawals

Prohibited Conduct

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2Acceptance of Terms

3Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the oke1 platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. oke1 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

Age Restriction Notice: oke1 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Providing false information about your age during registration is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The oke1 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. oke1 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active oke1 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. oke1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

3.5 KYC Verification

oke1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke1 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. oke1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your oke1 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify oke1 support immediately via live chat. oke1 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of the investigation.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. oke1 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oke1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). oke1 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in the player's own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on oke1 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be required for large transactions in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on the payment method. oke1 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of any required verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. oke1 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by oke1 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

oke1 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct that oke1 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.4 Modification of Promotions

oke1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, provided the player has not violated these Terms & Conditions.

7Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Certified Random Number Generators

All games available on the oke1 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. oke1 is committed to providing provably fair gaming outcomes to all players.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, oke1 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. oke1 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake where applicable.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

If a player is disconnected during an active game round, the game will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. oke1 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke1 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the oke1 platform.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the oke1 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of oke1 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the oke1 platform without prior written consent from oke1. Unauthorized use of oke1's intellectual property may constitute infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.

10Privacy & Data

oke1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By registering on oke1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

11Responsible Gaming

oke1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. oke1's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oke1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

13Termination

oke1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at oke1's sole discretion. Upon termination, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their oke1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

14Amendments

oke1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the oke1 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

15Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

oke1 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who wish to raise a regulatory complaint may do so through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.
